Sephora Partnership

Transformation Starts Here.

Sephora, in partnership with Capability Health and supported by the Nevada Department of Employment, Training, and Rehabilitation, has committed to construct a training-to-employment program for individuals with disabilities.

The program is a 9-week training course with the goal of being offered a job as a permanent Sephora employee who is held to the same standards as their peers and receives equal pay and benefits.

How the Program Works

The program is a 9-week training course that is comprised of both soft skills training and on-the-job training, specific to positions within Sephora’s Nevada-based distribution center.

The time spent in the training is split between 25% soft skills and 75% on the job training. At the end of 9 weeks, candidates that are meeting productivity metrics and attendance goals will be offered a job as a Sephora employee!
